Latar Belakang. Kasus amputasi terjadi sekitar 43.000 kasus per tahun dari jumlah penduduk 280.562.489 jiwa atau sekitar 0,02% (Vitrania,2002) sedangkan dalam Raiche et al (2009) disebutkan bahwa terjadi kasus amputasi sekitar 158.000 per tahun dari jumlah penduduk 307.212.123 atau sekitar 0,05%. Amputasi dapat mempengaruhi keadaan fisik seperti kesulitan dalam melakukan aktivitas dan psikologis pasien seperti gangguan emosi, depresi, isolasi sosial. Dalam perawatan stump dibutuhkan kepatuhan yang baik agar tidak terjadi halhal yang tidak diinginkan seperti luka. Kepatuhan pasien dapat dibedakan karena beberapa faktor baik dari pasien itu sendiri ataupun tim rehabilitasi medis. Tujuan. Mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan pasien dalam perawatan stump dan mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh dalam perawatan stump.

Metode. Kuantitatif dengan studi cross sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, lama penggunaan prostesis, tingkat pengetahuan, sikap terhadap kepatuhan perawatan stump.
Hasil. Dari 38 pasien diketahui bahwa sebagian besar pasien patuh dalam perawatan stump(65,8%) dimana faktor yang mempengaruhi ; usia, tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan perawatan stump.
Kesimpulan. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien pada pasien amputasi ekstremitas bawah.(Background. Cases of amputation occur in Indonesia around 43,000 cases for 280,562,489 people or around 0.02% from of population (Vitrania, 2002) while in Raiche et al (2009) it is stated that there are cases of amputation of around 158,000 per year from a population of 307,212,123 or around 0.05%. Amputation can affect physical conditions such as difficulty in daily activities and psychological conditions such as emotional disturbances, depression, social isolation. Patient compliance is needed in taking care the stump in order to avoid unwanted things such as wounds. Patient compliance can be affected due to several factors either from patent or rehabilitation team. Aim. Measuring the level of patients‟ compliance on taking care the stump and identifying factors that influnce the level of patients‟ compliance on taking care the stump.

Methode. Quantitative with crosssectional study to knoe the relation between age, the level of education, time of using the prostesis, level of knowledge, and attitude on compliance.
Result. From 38 patients noted that most of patient are compliance on taking care stump (65,8%). Where the factors that influence ; age, the level of education, the level of knowledge, the attitude on the level of patient compliance on patients with lower limb amputation.
Conclusion. There is a significant relation between age, the level of education, the level of knowledge, the attitude on the level of patient compliance on patients with lower limb amputation.)
