Sensory perception disorders and hallucinations are positive symptoms of schizophrenia. Hallucinations are the client's perception of
the environment without any real stimulus without stimulation from the outside world. This scientific paper aims to identify the
successful implementation of scheduled activities that focus on psych religious dhikr therapy to control hallucinations in Mr. H. This
scientific work uses an instrument for signs and symptoms of hallucinations developed by RSMM-FIK UI 2018 resident students and
AVHRS-Q. This case study method uses a descriptive method with a nursing process approach in 1 patient which is focused on one of
the important issues in the case of auditory hallucination nursing care. The intervention provided is in the form of generalist therapy to
control auditory hallucinations and psych religious therapy; dhikr for 3 days with a duration of 10-20 minutes. The results obtained
from this intervention were a decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations from a score of 16 to 1 and a decrease in auditory
hallucinations from a score of 8 to 2. This intervention proved effective in reducing signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations.
